Centered around the theme “Rewiring the Global Economy,” our latest BizInsight Forum took place in Shenzhen, the vibrant tech hub of China, featuring a great line-up of speakers, including keynote speaker Prof. JIN Keyu, renowned Chinese Economist and Chair of the Center for Geoeconomics, HKUST Institute for Financial Research, our esteemed faculty, and accomplished corporate leaders from our alumni network.

Engaging in dynamic discussions, the panel speakers explored current challenges and future technological innovations shaping the global landscape. The lively exchange on identifying niche markets and enhancing business competencies provided participants with valuable insights.

The Business Alumni Get-together that evening was another resounding success! Over 350 alumni from various business programs and cohorts reunited to reconnect and engage with fellow alumni, guests, faculty, and staff. Additionally, in recognition of the generous donations from the HKUST EMBA community in supporting the School’s development, a plaque of appreciation was presented to Mr. YANG Qiang, and the representative of the 6th Alumni Association of the HKUST EMBA Program Ms. LIU Yun, by HKUST Founding Vice-President for Academic Affairs Prof. CHIEN Chih-Yung.
